Clio Agent, also configured as Clio Assistant in Google OAuth, is a private productivity agent operated by Alejandro Perez. Its purpose is to organize the account owner’s personal information by reading authorized emails, updating a personal vault or Notion workspace, and filing email attachments into the correct Google Drive folders according to a specific file structure.
Clio Agent reviews Gmail messages and metadata to identify useful information and action items. At the account owner’s request, it can preserve durable information in a personal vault or Notion, then place approved attachments in the right Google Drive folder based on the owner’s filing rules and folder structure. It is a private personal-use application, not a public or commercial service. This public page explains the app and does not require an account or login to view.
What Clio Agent does
Clio Agent works only with information the account owner has authorized or explicitly made available. Its primary workflow is to read authorized emails, identify useful personal information and action items, update a personal vault or Notion workspace when requested, and file approved email attachments into the correct Google Drive folder according to a specific folder structure.
Clio Agent may review Gmail messages and metadata, Google Drive files and metadata, Calendar events, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Notion pages or databases, and selected local filesystem content when the relevant access is authorized. It uses that information to summarize material, classify and organize records, preserve durable personal knowledge, and maintain the owner’s filing system.
Clio Agent does not provide a public file-sharing service. It does not automatically send email, delete information, archive messages, publish local files, or share content with other people without the account owner’s authorization. The website is informational only; it contains no sign-in, upload form, or private account area.

Clio is not a public service or commercial application. It is operated for the account owner's private use.
